Applications Overview

When the hemodialysis machine is combined with the fluid conveying machinery and the fluid measurement and control part into a whole, it is called a hemodialysis system. It integrates precision machinery, electronics and chemical engineering and is a high-tech product. The blood and dialysate conveying part is composed of two pipeline systems and pumps for blood flow and dialysate flow. Therefore, the flow system of hemodialysis is divided into two parts—the extracorporeal circulation system of blood and the dialysate system.

The pumps used as the power for hemodialysis machines and renal dialysate delivery are: blood pumps, heparin pumps, concentrate pumps, negative pressure pumps and proportional pumps. The most commonly used in the medical industry are hemodialysis machines and dialysate delivery pumps.

The pump body size is very small, the gear diameter is about 15mm, and the pump body diameter is about 42mm. Since the dialysate is pumped, it is an electrolyte solution, which has a certain degree of corrosiveness, so stainless steel 316L is used as the pump material, and the gears are made of food-grade PEEK material, which is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, to avoid affecting the delivery volume due to wear.

Working conditions: The flow rate of dialysate is about 2L/min, which requires stable flow, working pressure of 3bar, negative pressure at the pump inlet, and high temperature sterilization for 15-20 minutes after use. It is equipped with a 24V DC speed regulating motor to adjust the flow rate.
