Corrosion Resistance

Pump body material: The flow-through parts are made of 316L stainless steel with precision processing.

Sealing Material

PTFE, neoprene and perfluoroether are available.

Gear Material

The gear shaft adopts P+C combination, i.e. ceramic shaft + imported PEEK gear hobbing + gear grinding + post-processing strengthening treatment, etc. It has high corrosion resistance, improves the wear resistance of the gear, and can effectively handle fluids such as dialysis fluid.

No leakage in magnetic transmission

WSF hemodialysis machine pump products use magnetic couplings, which eliminates the risk of leakage and maintenance costs caused by traditional dynamic seals.

Low noise

At 2000rpm, the noise of WSF hemodialysis machine pump products is between 45dB~75dB.

The outlet pressure difference is stable and pulsation-free
